Do I need both Foldsquare and Flook? +
No. They solve different problems and are billed separately. Foldsquare builds a catalog from your product data, so it is the right app if you do not have a PDF yet. Flook takes a PDF you already have and turns it into an interactive flipbook. Many customers use both: Foldsquare generates the catalog, Flook publishes it. If you only need one, start with the app that matches what you have today.
Is there a free plan? +
Foldsquare has a free plan: 1 catalog, 25 products and 10 pages, with Foldsquare branding visible on the catalog. Flook has no free plan, but every Flook plan includes a 7-day free trial. Foldsquare's paid plans include a 7-day trial on Retail and a 14-day trial on Wholesale and Wholesale Pro.
How am I billed? +
All prices are in USD. You can pay monthly or annually, and annual billing is cheaper on every paid plan. If you install from the Shopify App Store or the BigCommerce Marketplace, recurring charges are billed every 30 days through that marketplace rather than by us directly.
Which Foldsquare plan do I need for wholesale? +
The Wholesale plan at $39.99/mo is the first tier with the B2B toolkit: wholesale pricing, wholesale contracts, wholesale order forms, a B2B order cart, password protection and a customer lead form. The Retail plan does not include these. Wholesale Pro adds capacity (100 catalogs, 15 team seats), priority support and dedicated onboarding rather than new wholesale features.
Can I change or cancel my plan? +
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. If you installed through a marketplace such as Shopify or BigCommerce, you manage the subscription from that platform. There is no long-term contract on any plan.
